Fit for the Future Webinar: Diversity and Inclusion at Work

How can we build work and educational environments that are truly inclusive and regenerative? Certainly, tackling the complexity of modern organizations requires new tools and a systemic vision. For this reason, we are pleased to invite you to the Fit for the Future (F4F) webinar, taking place on March 18th, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM.

First of all, the meeting aims to explore how leadership and inclusion can increase organizational resilience. This initiative is part of a European project co-funded by the European Union. If you want to stay updated on our training activities, visit the Polygonal News section.

The webinar program: experts in dialogue

During the Fit for the Future webinar, we will have the pleasure of hosting international speakers who will share concrete practices and theoretical reflections. In fact, the goal is to provide inspiration in motion through authoritative voices in the sector operating at a European level.

The program includes:

  • Regenerative Leadership: Prof. Liliya Terzieva (The Hague University) will explain the systemic approach in education.
  • Inclusion and Resilience: Pablo González (Project Manager at Impulsa Igualdad) will delve into the link between diversity and organizational recovery.
  • Shared Reflection: a space dedicated to key conclusions and participant feedback.

However, this will not be a passive listening session. In addition, the webinar is designed to generate collective reflection on how these practices can be applied in everyday contexts. You can find more details on cooperation projects on the official Erasmus+ portal.

Why participate in this online session?

In short, the Fit for the Future webinar is an unmissable opportunity for professionals, teachers, and managers who want to innovate their internal processes. Currently, diversity is not just an ethical value but a strategic factor for the success of any organization.

Certainly, the future of work involves inclusion and adaptability. For this reason, we invite you to connect on March 18th to discover together how to make our organizations truly “fit for the future.”
