What do digital facilitators do?
In the Easy Digital Points, the main activity is personalized assistance. In fact, every citizen receives help tailored to their specific needs. Facilitators do not just solve technical problems. They also teach how to use tools independently.
For example, at these locations you can:
- Activate credentials: get help requesting SPID or using the CIE (Electronic ID card).
- Manage procedures: learn how to use the IO App for Public Administration messages.
