What does it truly mean to become an adult today? Certainly, finishing an educational path requires reflecting on what we have built. The “Preparing for future life” course was born with this deep intention. We want to accompany young people on a journey made of concrete tools and new awareness.

The fundamental contribution of Val-You
In this context, the support of the European project Val-You was essential. In fact, it was not just formal help. Val-You provided a clear educational direction for the entire training path.
For example, thanks to Val-You, we explored topics such as:
- Democracy and participation: understanding how to be an active part of the community.
- Conscious citizenship: reflecting on rights, duties, and critical thinking.
- Growth tools: applying the SMART method and the GROW model to personal goals.
However, the course also addressed very practical challenges. In addition, the participants learned how to manage money and understand housing contracts. These elements are fundamental pillars for real autonomy.
Building the future step by step
In short, the journey was based on a participatory and real approach. The young people were the true protagonists of every meeting. Currently, preparing for future life does not just mean learning how to “get by” on one’s own. It means knowing how to read reality and choosing consciously.
Certainly, this path leaves indelible marks even after its conclusion. Therefore, we believe that the future is something that is actively built every day. This journey represents the first decisive step towards freedom and active citizenship.
