CyberMe – Unleashing the Potential of Young Women in Cybersecurity

Bridging the Gender Gap in Europe’s Tech Sector

The digital landscape is expanding rapidly, offering immense career opportunities, yet the cybersecurity sector faces a significant gender imbalance and a shortage of skilled professionals. CyberMe is an EU-funded project designed to encourage young women (aged 18-30) to pursue careers in IT security. By breaking down gender stereotypes and providing inclusive training, we transform a technical challenge into an opportunity for professional empowerment.
